Notes:
• NGCam 7.4 v1.0 is the first version of the latest Google Camera. So please check everything you can cause it is absolutely new
• Lib Patcher will be added soon
• Zoom in portraits disabled by default
• Night Sight isn't always at 1/4 Exposure time anymore. It is dynamic now
• OpenGL consumes less power than GPU and it also affects to tracking focus
