Built and tested with MGC_8.9.097_A11_V25 (org.codeaurora.snapcam) on crDroid 10.6 (Oneplus 6/enchilada)

V3.2
-Disabled HEVC, switched to AVC and upped the bitrate to 120Mbps - this is what stock OxygenOS camera does, videos should be better now.
-Disabled focus tracking, as it doesn't activate most of the time and causes unreliable auto focusing in video.
-Some more noise and detail tuning, this time with a bit more relaxed values.
-Disabled macro mode, seems to be useless/broken on our hardware.
-Set the correct main session ID for main cam (it's actually 0)
-To do for next version - I've been noticing blocking artifacts when things are in motion (tree leaves for example), hopefully I can fix this in the release.
